Details
You have three choices for this tour: out and back on the Dewey Ridge Trail, out and back on the Dewey Meadow Trail, or a combination that will give you a nice semi-loop trail (the last bit is the same either way). Weaker skiers not comfortable coming down intermediate hills on ungroomed terrain should choose the Dewey Meadow Trail. If you're in over your head, remember that you can always take your skis off and walk a bit as none of the hills are very long, or you can turn around and you will have still had a beautiful tour in Yosemite in winter.
That said, you will get some nice views on the Dewey Ridge Trail that you do not get on the Meadow Trail. Either way, once you get there, you will be treated to some of the best views in Yosemite.
